It Has Been More than 5-10 Business days and my order has not shipped?
during huge sales shipping delays may occur due to high volume orders . If it is holiday season shipping delays also occur . If your order is not shipped with in 5-7 business days please email us with your order # and your first and last name.
 

MY PACKAGE HAS BEEN SHIPPED , BUT HAS BEEN STUCK IN “CONFIRMED” ? 
please be patient with us this is something we do NOT have jurisdiction over. we do our part  once we receive a order we package it and send out the order , the rest is In USPS HANDS , we try our best to send out everything as fast as we can , in the rare occasion that your package stays stuck in the confirmed status for over 10 DAYS please contact us via email Info@roseglamboutique.com

IF I paid with “Shop pay payment plan” can I cancel my purchase before it’s shipped ?

Yes, However there is a process, Once we have canceled your order it is then “shop pay” responsibility to reimburse you and cancel any further payments. We are not responsible for Any payments or further refunds after we have already issued the first cancellation/refund.
(Please note Cancellation Fees Apply!) Roseglamboutique is charged a Fee$ to provide you with the payment plan services and that fee will not be reimbursed to the customer if the order is Canceled.) if the package has already shipped we may not issue a refund unless the package is sent back us (fees will still apply) and shipping cost is NOT reimbursed. 

 

Can I Cancel My Order Before It Ships?

Yes your order may be cancelled before we ship it out , however we are charged a fee to cancel a order and Roseglamboutique does not get reimbursed with that fee therefore we do deduct that cancellation fee from your total once we cancel the purchase. If a order has shipped we may no longer make any changes. 

 
I PLACED AN ORDER. WHEN WILL MY PACKAGE ARRIVE?
The processing time for orders is usually 5-10 business days meaning it takes us 5-10 business days  to prepare your order and ship it  excluding weekends and holidays ,during holiday season and huge sales our processing time can differ, delivery times by USPS May vary between 5-business days.
International orders Can Take Up To 31days. Please keep in mind that during holidays or limited edition launches and huge SALES this time may vary. Thank you for your patience.

I entered the wrong mailing address when placing my order!

Roseglamboutique is not responsible for any missing packages / wrong address. If you place an order and entered the wrong address we are NOT able to modify your address. You can email us about your wrong address and we can issue you a refund and you can reorder with the correct shipping information. If you do not contact us and we ship your package we are not responsible for it being delivered to the wrong address. We ship all packages according to what the customer enters at checkout. 
               

MY PACKAGE IS BEING RETURNED TO ROSEGLAMBOUTIQUE? 

If your package is being returned to us because of a insufficient address or an issue with delivery, once we receive the package back we can ship it back to the customers correct address however we are not responsible for the reshipping fee$.We ship out all orders according to what our customers enter at checkout therefore we are not responsible for incorrect addresses or delivery issues usps encounters.

Shipping fees are non refundable.

 
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking and shipping information.
Tracking updates on the USPS website can take up to 72 hours once shipped.Once orders are shipped, we have no control over the process. Roseglamboutique  is not responsible for  delays, returned, lost, or missing packages.

Rates are based on the USPS. 

I AM AN INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMER (OUTSIDE USA.) DO I HAVE TO PAY CUSTOMS AND TAXES?
All packages are shipped via USPS . Items shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes and/or charges which are not included in the total cost of your order, nor will they be covered or reimbursed by Roseglamboutique. 

We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays once the package has exited the United States. 

Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to placing your order.
  
I’M MISSING AN ITEM LISTED ON MY PACKING SLIP.
Please verify your original order confirmation email for the pre-authorized amount. We only charge you for the items sent so if you notice any discrepancies once your package is mailed, do not hesitate to contact us.

We aim to restock every two weeks but restock dates vary depending on product availability.

Due to sanitary reasons, we do NOT accept returns or exchanges on lashes or cosmetics .

In the rare and inconvenient occasion of receiving a damaged item, please send us a email and picture of your damaged products  with in 24-72hrs of receiving your package, you can e-mail us at Info@roseglamboutique.com please provide proof of damage products, name and order #.

Lashes are considered damaged if when you open your package and have received a damaged faulty pair not after you have touched or worn them. Cosmetics are considered damaged if it has arrived broken/damaged not after you have swatched or worn them. 
WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS ON ITEMS THAT HAVE BEEN SWATCHED OR WORN!

CAN I COMBINE MULTIPLE DISCOUNT CODES?
Unfortunately at this moment you may only use one discount code at a time per order. Discount codes will not expire unless stated otherwise.  

HOW IS SALES TAX CALCULATED ON MY ORDER?
The amount of tax charged to your order depends on the type of item purchased and the destination's Provincial and local sales tax laws. If an item is subject to sales tax, tax is calculated on the total selling price of each individual item, after any applicable discount.
