Do you offer Express Shipping ?

Unfortunately we do not offer express or overnight shipping at the moment.


How long will it take to receive my order ?

Domestic orders are processed within 3-5 business days. After processing time Ship time for U.S. orders is 3-5 business days depending on your location and the efficiency of your local post office. USPS or UPS

 

If I return an item will I get a refund ?

We do not offer refunds only store credit . Please check our refund policy for more information.

 Please be aware that the items returned must be unused , have original tags, contain no stains, must be odor-less, and be in their original conditions. We will only accept returns if the item(s) are in original condition. It must also be in the original packaging. ALL ITEMS ARE INSPECTED THROUGHLY SO NO USED , STAIN , DAMAGED ITEMS MAY BE RETURNED. NO EXCEPTIONS‼️

 

ARE SHIPPING FEES REFUNDABLE?
All shipping costs, including returns costs are
non-refundable.

 

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER ONCE I'VE PLACED IT?
No, once you place an order it is final. 
 
I’M MISSING AN ITEM LISTED ON MY PACKING SLIP.
Please verify your original order confirmation email for the pre-authorized amount. We only charge you for the items sent so if you notice any discrepancies once your package is mailed, do not hesitate to contact us.

(IF AN ITEM IS MISSING IN YOUR PACKAGE YOU MUST CONTACT US WITHIN 48HRS-72HRS TO LET US KNOW ABOUT YOUR ISSUE SO WE CAN FURTHER ASSIST YOU.) PLEASE PROVIDE IMAGES SO WE MAY MATCH THE IMAGE TO THE ONE WE HAVE ON FILE!


It Has Been More than 3-5 Business days and my order has not shipped?
If we have not shipped your package within 3-5 business days please contact us . during huge sales shipping delays may occur due to high volume orders . If it is holiday season shipping delays also occur . 
 

Can I Cancel My Order Before It Ships?

Yes your order may be cancelled before we ship it out , however we are charged a fee to cancel a order and Roseglamboutique does not get reimbursed with that fee therefore we do deduct that cancellation fee from your total once we cancel the purchase. If an order has shipped we may no longer make any changes.


MY PACKAGE HAS BEEN SHIPPED , BUT HAS BEEN STUCK IN “CONFIRMED” ? 
please be patient with us this is something we do NOT have jurisdiction over. we do our part  once we receive a order we package it and send out the order , the rest is In USPS Or UPS HANDS , we try our best to send out everything as fast as we can , in the rare occasion that your package stays stuck in the confirmed status for over 7 DAYS please contact us via email Info@roseglamboutique.com

 ROSEGLAMBOUTIQUE DOES NOT REIMBURSE ANY LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES. Claims Must Be filed Directly with USPS. 

 

My package has been stolen or lost . What should I do ?

We are not responsible for packages that are lost/stolen. Once your package leaves our facility we are not responsible for them as USPS or UPS is a shipping service that you agree to allow us to send your package for you. Once we ship , the liability is between you and the shipping company ; however, we will do our best to help you find your package since each order comes with a tracking number. In the case where the tracking says delivered but you haven't received your package, you can visit your local post office or contact USPS or UPS to file a claim. 

IF I paid with “Shop pay payment plan” can I cancel my purchase before it’s shipped ?

Yes, However there is a process, Once we have canceled your order it is then “shop pay” responsibility to reimburse you and cancel any further payments. We are not responsible for Any payments or further refunds after we have already issued the first cancellation/refund.
(Please note Cancellation Fees Apply!) Roseglamboutique is charged a Fee$ to provide you with the payment plan services and that fee will not be reimbursed to the customer if the order is Canceled.) if the package has already shipped we may not issue a refund unless the package is sent back us (fees will still apply) and shipping cost is NOT reimbursed.

I entered the wrong mailing address when placing my order!

Roseglamboutique is not responsible for any missing packages / wrong address. If you place an order and entered the wrong address we are NOT able to modify your address. You can email us about your wrong address and we can issue you a refund and you can reorder with the correct shipping information. If you do not contact us and we ship your package we are not responsible for it being delivered to the wrong address. We ship all packages according to what the customer enters at checkout. 
               

MY PACKAGE IS BEING RETURNED TO ROSEGLAMBOUTIQUE? 

If your package is being returned to us because of a insufficient address or an issue with delivery, once we receive the package back we can ship it back to the customers correct address however we are not responsible for the reshipping fee$.We ship out all orders according to what our customers enter at checkout therefore we are not responsible for incorrect addresses or delivery issues usps encounters.

I AM AN INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMER (OUTSIDE USA.) DO I HAVE TO PAY CUSTOMS AND TAXES?
All packages are shipped via USPS . Items shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes and/or charges which are not included in the total cost of your order, nor will they be covered or reimbursed by Roseglamboutique. 

We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays once the package has exited the United States. 

Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to placing your order.
 

CAN I COMBINE MULTIPLE DISCOUNT CODES?
Unfortunately at this moment you may only use one discount code at a time per order. Discount codes will not expire unless stated otherwise.  

HOW IS SALES TAX CALCULATED ON MY ORDER?
The amount of tax charged to your order depends on the type of item purchased and the destination's Provincial and local sales tax laws. If an item is subject to sales tax, tax is calculated on the total selling price of each individual item, after any applicable discount.
