After processing time 2-5 business days and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 3-5 days to arrive at their destination by USPS but can take longer from time to time. Please keep in mind that during holidays or huge sales, this time may vary.
INTERNATIONAL orders take 2-5 business days to process, once shipped usps takes 7-31 days to deliver. We do not personally deliver therefore we have no jurisdiction over usps , Roseglamboutique is NOT responsible for any DELAYS, Thank you for your patience.
- Tracking updates on the USPS website can take up to 72 hours once shipped.Once orders are shipped, we have no control over the process or delays, returned, lost, or missing packages.

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, you must contact the United States Postal Service directly at (1-800-275-8777) USPS® . Any lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be reported/Filed to USPS.
