Shipping Policy

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts processing time and shipping time : 

PROCESSING TIME:

After Order verification, quality check and packaging. Due To Short Staff All orders are dispatch within 3-5 business  Days  EXCLUDING WEEKENDS & HOLIDAYS, after the order is placed once it’s shipped out we are not responsible for any delays by USPS.
(PLEASE EXPECT DELAYS DURING HOLIDAY SEASON!)

SHIPPING TIME: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination.US orders are shipped by USPS Or UPS. After processing time 3-5 business days and leaving our  warehouse/office, items usually take between 5-7 Business days to arrive at their destination by USPS Or UPS but can take longer from time to time.  Please keep in mind that during holidays or huge sales, this time may vary. 

•INTERNATIONAL TIME:

orders take 3-5 business days to process, once shipped usps takes 7-31 days to deliver. We do not personally deliver therefore we have no jurisdiction over usps , Roseglamboutique is NOT responsible for any DELAYS, Thank you for your patience.

•TRACKING UPDATES:

Once shipped you may track your package on the  USPS website or UPS. It can take up to 72 hours once shipped for the shipment process to be shown. Once orders are shipped, we have no control over the process or delays, returned, lost, or missing packages. 

 

•LOST OR MISSING PACKAGE?

Roseglamboutique is NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, you must contact the United States Postal Service directly at (1-800-275-8777) USPS® . OR IF YOUR PACKAGE WAS SHIPPED VIA UPS please contact us so we may provide ups information. Any lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be reported/Filed to USPS or UPS.

    • Roseglamboutique is NOT responsible for incorrect addresses . We ship out all packages according to what the customer enters at checkout.
    • ROSEGLAMBOUTIQUE DOES NOT REIMBURSE ANY LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES. Claims Must Be filed Directly with USPS Or UPS ‼️
  • ORDERS DELIVERED BUT NOT RECEIVED.

    IF YOUR TRACKING NUMBER SHOWS YOUR ITEM WAS DELIVERED AND UNFORTUNATELY YOU DID NOT WE RECEIVE IT, WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES. IN THIS CASE YOU WILL NEED TO CONTACT US AT info@roseglamboutique.com AND WE WILL PROVIDE YOU THE SHIPPING CARRIER INFORMATION YOUR ITEMS WERE SHIPPED WITH AND YOU WILL NEED TO CONTACT THEM TO SEE WHAT HAPPENED TO YOUR PACKAGE. ONCE A PACKAGE HAS LEFT OUR FACILITY, USPS OR UPS WILL HOLD ALL LIABILITY IF A PACKAGE IS LOST/STOLEN. WE APOLOGIZE FOR ANY INCONVENIENCE.
