In the rare and inconvenient occasion of receiving a damaged item, please send us a email and picture of your damaged products you can e-mail us at Info@roseglamboutique.com Lashes are considered damaged if when you open your package and have received a damaged faulty pair, not after you have worn or touched them. Cosmetics are considered damaged if it has arrived broken/damaged not after you have swatched or worn them .
We DO NOT refund or exchange any items that have been swatched ,worn, Trimmed!
IF I paid with “Shop pay payment plan” can I cancel my purchase before it’s shipped ?

Yes, However there is a process, Once we have canceled your order it is then “shop pay” responsibility to reimburse you and cancel any further payments. We are not responsible for Any payments or further refunds after we have already issued the first cancellation/refund.
(Please note Cancellation Fees Apply! Roseglamboutique is charged a Fee$ to provide you with the payment plan services and that fee will not be reimbursed to the customer if the order is Canceled.) if the package has already shipped we may not issue a refund unless the package is sent back us (fees will still apply) and shipping cost is NOT reimbursed.

If we accepted for you to return a item to us, Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the APPROVAL OR REJECTION of your refund. The product must be returned in the same condition it arrived (not worn/swatched). when we receive the product and inspect it and we detect that the product has been worn or swatched you will not qualify for the return.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
