Returns:
All SALES are final.
Due to sanitary reasons, we do NOT accept returns or exchanges on any of our products.
In the rare and inconvenient occasion of receiving a damaged item, please send us a email and picture of your damaged products within 48-72hrs! you can e-mail us at Info@roseglamboutique.com Lashes are considered damaged if when you open your package and have received a damaged faulty pair, not after you have worn or touched them. Cosmetics are considered damaged if it has arrived broken/damaged not after you have swatched or worn them .
Damaged Item?
If you received a damaged item please email us within 24-72hrs. Provide us with images of the damaged item , your name and order number so we may match the image to the image we have on file of your order. We take images of all orders once prepared for shipping due to security purposes.
We DO NOT refund or exchange any items that have been swatched ,worn, Trimmed!
Missing Items?
if you are missing items from your purchase please email us at info@roseglamboutique.com with in 24-72hrs. Once you email us we will be able to further assist you. Please note if you contact us passing our time period policy being 24-72hrs or the (max. 5days) we may not issue you a refund nor resend the product. Store credit may be offered if qualified.
IF I paid with “Shop pay payment plan” can I cancel my purchase before it’s shipped ?

Yes, However there is a process, Once we have canceled your order it is then “shop pay” responsibility to reimburse you and cancel any further payments. We are not responsible for Any payments or further refunds after we have already issued the first cancellation/refund.
(Please note Cancellation Fees Apply! Roseglamboutique is charged a Fee$ to provide you with the payment plan services and that fee will not be reimbursed to the customer if the order is Canceled.) if the package has already shipped we may not issue a refund unless the package is sent back us by usps for a delivery issue (fees will still apply) and shipping cost is NOT reimbursed.
Can I Cancel My Order Before It Ships?
Yes your order may be cancelled before we ship it out , however we are charged a fee to cancel a order and Roseglamboutique does not get reimbursed with that fee therefore we do deduct that cancellation fee from your total once we cancel the purchase. If a order has shipped we may no longer make any changes.
ENTERED THE WRONG ADDRESS?
Roseglamboutique is not responsible for any missing packages / wrong address. If you place an order and entered the wrong address we are NOT able to modify your address. You can email us about your wrong address and we can issue you a refund and you can reorder with the correct shipping information. If you do not contact us and we ship your package we are not responsible for it being delivered to the wrong address. We ship all packages according to what the customer enters at checkout.

Refunds (IF APPLICABLE ONLY!)
ALL SALES ARE FINAL! , but in the rare occasion that we accepted for you to return a item to us, Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the APPROVAL OR REJECTION of your refund. The product must be returned in the same condition it arrived (not worn/swatched). when we receive the product and inspect it and we detect that the product has been worn or swatched you will not qualify for a return , just store credit.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Package Missing?
We Are NOT Responsible For Any USPS Errors! if your package is Lost Please Contact USPS Customer Service +1-800-275-8777 .
ROSEGLAMBOUTIQUE DOES NOT REIMBURSE ANY LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES. Claims Must Be filed Directly with USPS.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable only)

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Do I pay shipping if I want to return something?
WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES DUE TO SANITARY REASONS!
In the rare exception of an exchange You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a tractable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
